Important Notice: BPOauto is a growing platform. We are continuously developing new features, training content, and resources. As a founding member, you receive access to all current features immediately, and will automatically gain access to new features and content as they are released at no additional cost. Your subscription price remains locked as long as you maintain active membership.
Service Availability: Access to all features requires an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses, your access to the platform, software, training materials, and community will be immediately suspended until payment is restored.
3. Subscription Terms & Billing
BPOauto operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. Here's what you need to know:
- Billing Frequency: Your payment method will be automatically charged monthly on the same date you initially subscribed
- Current Pricing: The standard monthly rate is R1,499 ZAR
- Promotional Pricing: Discounted rates may be available during specific enrollment periods or through referral codes
- Price Lock Guarantee: Your subscription rate is locked permanently as long as you maintain continuous active membership. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, current pricing at that time will apply
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new members. Existing members will not be affected by price increases unless they cancel and re-subscribe
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before your renewal date
- Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment processors including PayFast, Stripe, and other verified payment gateways
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. After multiple failed attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is successful

Exchange rates and international transaction fees may apply depending on your bank or card issuer. BPOauto is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your financial institution.

6. Refund Policy
BPOauto provides immediate access to digital products including proprietary software, CRM tools, private community access, and any available training materials upon enrollment. Because of this instant access and the digital nature of our products, we operate under a strict no-refund policy.
No Refunds After Purchase: Once your payment is processed and you gain access to the platform, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, lack of results, technical difficulties, or any other reason.

Exceptional Circumstances:
In extremely rare situations involving documented medical emergencies, extended hospitalization, death, or other extraordinary circumstances completely beyond your control, we may consider reviewing refund requests on a strictly case-by-case basis. These exceptions are entirely at our discretion, are not guaranteed, and require comprehensive supporting documentation. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly is considered fraud. If you file a chargeback, we will immediately terminate your account, ban you from all future access, pursue collection of any owed amounts, and may take legal action. We maintain detailed records of all service delivery and will provide evidence to your bank or card issuer.
7. Cancellation Process
You maintain complete control over your subscription and may cancel at any time without penalty. Here's how:

- No partial refunds are provided for unused days in your billing cycle
- If you cancel and later decide to re-subscribe, you will be charged the current pricing at that time (your original price lock will not apply)
Re-activation:
You may re-subscribe at any time by logging back into your account and updating your payment information. Upon re-activation, you will be charged according to current pricing and your new billing cycle will begin immediately.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, software, and resources provided through BPOauto are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
Our Intellectual Property Includes:

- Written materials, guides, templates, and documentation
- Graphics, logos, branding, and visual designs

- Creating derivative works, modifications, or adaptations based on our proprietary content

- Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Teaching, training, or coaching others using our materials without explicit written permission
Zero Tolerance Enforcement: We take intellectual property theft extremely seriously. Violations including sharing content, reselling materials, providing unauthorized access, or any form of piracy will result in:
- Immediate account termination without refund
- Permanent ban from all BPOauto services
- Legal action including pursuit of damages and attorney fees
- Reporting to relevant authorities and platforms
We actively monitor for violations through watermarking, tracking, and community reporting systems. Don't risk your membership and legal liability.
Permitted Use:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use BPOauto materials solely for your own personal business development and implementation. This license terminates immediately upon cancellation or termination of your account.
9. Community Guidelines & Conduct Standards
BPOauto's private community is a professional space designed for members to collaborate, learn, and support one another. All members must adhere to these conduct standards.
Expected Behavior:
- Treat all members, moderators, and staff with respect and professionalism at all times
- Contribute value through sharing insights, experiences, wins, and constructive feedback
- Stay on topic and keep discussions relevant to BPO, business, and platform-related matters
- Support fellow members genuinely without attempting to sell competing services
- Maintain confidentiality of any private or sensitive information shared by other members
- Be patient with newcomers and help create a welcoming environment
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and assume good intent from others
Strictly Prohibited Behavior:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
- Hate speech, offensive language, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Spam, excessive self-promotion, or unsolicited advertising of products/services
- Soliciting members for outside opportunities, MLM schemes, or competing services
- Sharing inappropriate, explicit, NSFW, or offensive content
- Attempting to recruit members to other platforms, courses, or programs
- Using member contact information for unauthorized outreach or marketing
- Impersonating staff, moderators, or other members
- Sharing false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Discussing or encouraging illegal activities or unethical practices
- Disrupting conversations or creating unnecessary drama
Enforcement & Consequences:
Violations of community guidelines will be handled based on severity:
- First Violation (Minor): Verbal warning and explanation of the issue
- Second Violation: Temporary suspension from community (3-7 days)
- Third Violation or Severe Single Violation: Permanent removal from community and potential account termination without refund
Serious violations including harassment, discrimination, spam, or solicitation may result in immediate permanent removal without warning at our sole discretion.
10. Results & Earnings Disclaimer
BPOauto provides education, tools, software, and support designed to help you build a business process outsourcing business and acquire clients. However, your ultimate success or failure depends entirely on factors within your control.

WE MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEES, PROMISES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES REGARDING YOUR INCOME, EARNINGS, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS RESULTS. 11. Service Availability, Modifications & Platform Evolution
We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service, but certain limitations apply.
Service Uptime & Availability:
- We strive to maintain maximum platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control
- We will attempt to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods and provide advance notice when possible
- No refunds or credits are provided for temporary service interruptions
Platform Modifications & Updates:
BPOauto is an evolving platform. We reserve the right to:
- Add new features, tools, training content, and resources at any time
- Modify, update, or improve existing features based on user feedback and technical requirements
- Remove, discontinue, or replace features that are outdated, underutilized, or no longer aligned with our vision

We may adjust subscription pricing for new members at any time. Current members will not be affected by price increases as long as they maintain continuous active membership (price lock guarantee).

12. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that your use of BPOauto is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
BPOauto and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
- Business interruption, loss of clients, or damage to business reputation
- Results or lack of results from implementing strategies, methods, or techniques taught
- Actions taken based on information, advice, or recommendations provided through the platform
- Technical issues, software bugs, data loss, or system failures
- Security breaches, unauthorized access, or data theft (though we implement reasonable security measures)
- Third-party platform policy changes, account suspensions, or terms violations
- Decisions made by freelancing platforms regarding your account status
- Disputes between you and clients, contractors, or other third parties
- Damages arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services
- Any other damages or losses arising from your use of or inability to use BPOauto
Maximum Liability:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to BPOauto in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your Sole Remedy:
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with BPOauto or any dispute arising from these terms is to cancel your subscription and discontinue use of our services.

13. Account Termination & Suspension Rights
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to BPOauto immediately and without refund under the following circumstances:

- Sharing proprietary content, materials, or account access with unauthorized parties
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other members or staff
- Repeated community guideline violations despite warnings
- Spamming, soliciting, or promoting competing products/services to members
- Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to compromise our systems
- Using our services for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose
- Creating multiple accounts or using false information during registration
- Failure to maintain payment obligations or repeated payment failures
- Any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community or platform
Effects of Termination:
Upon termination of your account:
- You immediately lose all access to the platform, software, training materials, community, and any other resources
- No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period
- Your account data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period
- You forfeit any price lock guarantees and cannot re-subscribe at your previous rate
- You must immediately cease using all BPOauto intellectual property and materials
- Outstanding payments owed remain due and we reserve the right to pursue collection
Appeal Process:
If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 7 days of termination. Include your account details and explanation. We will review appeals but are not obligated to reinstate accounts.

BPOauto may contain links to external websites, freelancing platforms (such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com), tools, or third-party services. We are not responsible for and do not endorse the content, policies, practices, or reliability of these external sites or services.
Third-Party Platform Compliance:
- Our training discusses strategies for use on various freelancing platforms. It is your sole responsibility to comply with each platform's terms of service, policies, guidelines, and requirements
- BPOauto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, or any other third-party platform
- We cannot be held liable for account suspensions, policy violations, or any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account
- Changes to third-party platform policies, algorithms, or terms are beyond our control and may affect your ability to implement certain strategies
Your Responsibility:
Before implementing any strategy on a third-party platform, you must independently verify that your intended actions comply with that platform's current terms and policies. Ignorance of platform rules is not a defense and does not entitle you to any refund or compensation from BPOauto.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BPOauto, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of BPOauto services, software, or materials
- Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights
- Any content, information, or materials you submit, post, or share through the platform

- Any fraudulent, negligent, or intentionally wrongful acts committed by you
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service and your use of BPOauto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction & Venue:
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from your use of BPOauto or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cape Town, South Africa. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objection to venue.
Informal Dispute Resolution:

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.
20. Entire Agreement & Integration
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy integrated herein, constitute the complete, final, and exclusive agreement between you and BPOauto regarding your use of our services.
This agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, warranties, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
21. Waiver & Non-Waiver of Rights
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of BPOauto.
No waiver of any breach or provision shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or other provision. All rights and remedies available to BPOauto under these terms are cumulative and may be exercised concurrently or separately.
22. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms of Service or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
BPOauto may freely assign or transfer these terms and our rights and obligations to any third party including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Upon such assignment, the assignee shall assume all of our obligations under this agreement.
23. Force Majeure
BPOauto shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or public health emergencies.
24. Survival of Terms
The following provisions shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms of Service: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law & Jurisdiction, Refund Policy, and any other provisions which by their nature should reasonably survive termination.

By subscribing to BPOauto, creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you explicitly acknowledge and confirm that:
